Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth: • Identify opportunities for sales growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. • Create and execute sales plans, including goals, strategies, and action plans. • Propose and implement strategies to expand sales revenue, including upselling and cross-selling of products and services. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to anticipate customer needs and adjust strategies accordingly. Sales Strategy Development: • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Customer Acquisition: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationshipbuilding. Sales Pipeline: • Prospecting: Identify and target potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry contacts. • Make Contact: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels including calls, emails, and meetings. • Qualify Prospect: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential as viable business opportunities. • Nurture Prospect: Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, providing them with relevant information and support to move them through the sales funnel. • Present Offer: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients
Overcome Objection: Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by prospects to facilitate successful negotiations. • Close Sale: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements to close sales, ensuring both client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. Collaboration: • Work closely with the marketing, account management, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met to deliver new business growth -
· Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.· 12 + years of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry, ideally with an OEM or Tier 1 supplier, in investment casting or a relatable field in the metals processing industry· Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through the development and execution of successful sales strategies.· Experience identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to expand revenue.· Strong background in creating and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve market penetration goals.· Experience in prospecting, networking, and relationship-building to acquire new customers.· Skilled in managing the sales pipeline: from identifying prospects to closing deals and nurturing relationships.· Ability to monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.· Strong experience in negotiation and addressing objections to close sales.· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, account management, engineering) to align sales efforts with business objectives.· International sales experience or experience working with global clients (an advantage).· Willingness to travel as needed for business development and customer meetings.· Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
